CEO

Mr.Karthick Leelakrishnan, is the CEO of ARD Foods. He had made the lives of women effortless in the kitchen and brought ripples of happiness and satisfaction to all in the family. He completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering and was working in Europe for 3 Years simultaneously running a restaurant in Poland along with his people. He is a certified and trained person in import and export of food products. Then returned back to India and started a Import & Export company name “GREEN LINE EXPORTS” to export food products all over the world. Then started a new Manufacturing unit “ARD FOODS” with brand name “Nizhal Masala”.

Quality control

In our Quality control lab, we perform certain responsibility to check food product composition and ingredients level and to assure food quality before packaging. Our QC team works from raw material inspection to end Product testing such as RM Inspection, Laboratory testing (Physical Testing/ Hazards/ contamination, Chemical Testing and Biological Testing).

Mrs. Dhanisha Sree Leelakrishnan B.E

She has completed her graduation in Food Processing and Preservation Technology from Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore. She has experience of 3 years as a Quality Assurance Controller. She is trained and certified person in HACCP, FSMS, GMP, SQF, PRP, ISO 22000 & FSSC 22000.

Mr. Dineshkumar Selvaraj M.Tech

He was graduated in M.Tech - Bio process Engineering from IIT MADRAS and completed his under graduation in B.Tech - Biotechnology from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He was certified in HACCP and GMP. After his post graduation in IITM, he worked in ARD Foods as Food Bio technologist.

HACCP

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a framework for ensuring that the end product food, ready for consumption, is safe to eat. Or more specifically, it looks to introduce checks and standards that reduce risks as far as possible. It does this with the aim of reducing chemical, physical and biological risks to people.

We perform HACCP activity to monitor food safety measures regularly in our work premises.
